Contract Overview

The Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services tender exercise was conducted by HealthTrust Europe (HTE) and designed to support the NHS and other Public Sector Organisations in managing the dynamics of the consultancy market, offering a simple, compliant route for the procurement of a range of expert consultancy services at competitive rates. It offers users the flexibility of allowing both direct call off and further competition under the provisions of the framework agreement.

 

  • Free, quick and easy to access: 

There is no charge to customers for accessing this framework agreement. Once you have been set up to access the framework agreement, a call-off can be made either by direct access or further competition. The process is straightforward and simply requires  an order form (access agreement) be exchanged and completed to ensure your compliance. 

  • Multiple lots: 

Awarded suppliers in their respective area of expertise for ease of identification. 

  • No restriction on contract length or value: 

There is no restriction on the value or length a contract can be awarded for.  The period should be relevant to the services required.  

  • Compliant route to market: 

The framework will save procurement time and cost. It is fully compliant with the Public Contracts regulations and with UK procurement directives so you do not have to carry out a full  tender yourself.   

  • Supplemental terms & conditions: 

Call-off makes provision for additional terms and conditions to the bespoke project/requirements. 

  • Competitive, capped rates: 

Each of the vetted suppliers appointed to the framework agreement has tendered capped rates for each grade of consultant.  Volume level discounts are available against project costs. There are no regional pricing variations and no charges for travelling to customer sites.   

  • A wide range of expertise available: 

Includes 101 specialist suppliers  which includes 58 SME’s across a wide range of specialisms. 

  • Assigned support: 

HTE will provide support for call-off processes and the ongoing management of call-off agreements. 

  • Cross links to ICT and Total Workforce Solutions: 

Engage with industry experts through Consultancy Solutions & Advisory Services, use our ICT Framework Agreements  to provide the hardware and software and have  your workforce requirements fulfilled through our Total Workforce Solutions Framework Agreement.   All with a wraparound service provided by our expert specialists!

Call off Contract(s)  

We develop appropriate Call off Contracts for signatory between Participating Authorities and Suppliers (where applicable) to make contracting simple, yet compliant. The Call off Contract template available to use, this being: 

  • Schedule 7A Standard Services – Direct Award 
  • Schedule 7B Competed Services – Mini Competition
