Contract Award can be carried out via:
- Direct Award

- Used for awarding standard Goods and/or Services Contracts to the Framework
- For the purposes of awarding a call-off Contract under the terms of the Framework Agreement, the original criteria can be amended via flexing the weighting of all elements (including Quality and Price).
- Mini Competition
This process shall be used when the Participating Authority is unable to identify from the Standard Award criteria the most economically advantageous supplier for their requirements
