HealthTrust Europe’s (HTE’s) Enterprise Solutions for End to-End ICT (ESEE ICT Solutions 2024) public sector Framework Agreement has been designed to bring you Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) goods and services to provide a cost-effective and simple, direct route to market for your ICT requirements.

The Framework, awarded to Dell Corporation Limited is arranged over just one Lot, across categories to provide the broadest scope, for managing your requirements. The Framework Agreement gives direct access to the procurement, delivery, and management of complete Dell solutions.

The Framework Agreement was procured in accordance with Public Contract Regulations and offers a compliant route to market, whereby minimal resource is required. Due to the Framework Agreement being Sole Source, Participating Members/Authorities can Direct Award to Dell.
This Framework allows ‘Dell Direct customers’ to continue their direct relationship with their chosen OEM brand.
Participating Members/Authorities can conduct a direct award through putting in place a Call off Contract or raising a PO under the terms of the Framework Agreement.

The simple participation process takes only a few minutes, and you can then start transacting easily with our market leading Suppliers. Sign our Customer Access Agreement form to be granted immediate access to the Framework Agreement.
This can be self-served and signed via the Unified Hub (The Unified Hub allows customers to quickly and easily access their procurement information and documents in real-time. With one login, customers can access all the information they need to manage their contracts and procurement from one place. This includes a comprehensive view of their contracts, up-to-date documents and agreements, and a range of other Applications and Services.)
You only need to request participation once, and then access to the Framework will last for the entire life of the Framework Agreement.
